Problems
Possible cause

Before You Call for Service
Action
• Disconnect the drain hose where it is
connected to the sink's water trap. Check
that no debris has become stuck. Is the
cone-shaped part of the pipe cut so that the
diameter is at least 16 mm?
• Check that the hose is free from kinks or
sharp bends
• Clean out the coarse filter, the fine filter and
the filter
• Clean out the drain pump. See chapter on
cleaning
• Clean with a dish brush and low-lather
detergent.

• Select the HEAT DRY option.
• Fully load the machine
• Replenish rinse aid or increase the dose of
rinse aid if required
• Open door slightly when all cycles have
completed
• Make sure all baskets are in the horizontal
position. Check that the basket water
connector is aligned with the spray pipe
