Signal Sthrength: displays a signal level (excellent, good, poor, fair values are available).
Security: displays a type of the used security system of wireless connection.
Radio Type: displays the classes of Wi-Fi standard which are supported by wireless
network.
For working with the identified wireless networks there are a row of buttons.
[Connect]: this button is for connection to selected wireless network in semi-auto mode
(with auto identification of network settings excluding a password or a key).
For connection in semi-auto mode, select wireless network and press the [Connect] button.
All values in a dialog box (Pic. 8.4) excluding [Password] and [Re-type] will be received from an
access point and added to the corresponding blanks automatically (these values are unavailable
for editing). For finishing, type a password in the [Password] blank and then re-type it in the [Re-
type] blank and press the [Save] button.
After successful connection there will be an IP address for wireless access to the camera in
[IP address] field. The network to which the camera is connected will be marked with a check
mark.
[Disconnect]: this button is for breaking connection with a wireless network.
[Refresh]: a search of the network which are available for connection.
[Manual]: this button is for connection to wireless network with manual settings. It can be
useful if your access point does not provide you with IP address automatically by DHCP (Pic. 8.5).
