CART ASSEMBLY

1. Attach two (2) rubber door stops to top center of
cart base using supplied bolts. (See Fig. 1)
2. Install door pivot screws into front left and front right
holes. Secure each screw in place with two (2) nuts.
Make sure to tighten 1 nut on top of the other. (See
Fig. 2-3)
3. Set the cart base on the floor and then lay the fixed
wheel channel on the left and the swivel wheel
channel on the right side of the cart base.
(See Fig. 4)
4. Pick up the left side of the cart base and set the
wheel channel in place by inserting the attached
bolts through the three (3) holes in the cart bottom.
(See Fig. 5)
5. Pick up the right side of the cart base and set the
swivel wheel channel in place by inserting the
attached bolts through the three (3) holes in the
cart bottom. (See Fig. 6)
