Accept a replacement card by overnight shipment, subject to
availability of parts. You must provide a credit card number,
and you must return the failing card within 30 days or be
charged for a new card.
3. Make a copy of the original sales receipt or other document that
supports your proof of purchase.
4. Put the failing card in its original packaging along with your
proof of purchase, and return it to Intergraph Computer Systems
by the carrier of your choice.
You can check the status of your service request by calling the
Warranty Administrator at 1-800-557-4484. You will be asked for the
RGA number so your service request status can be checked.
