DOC Menu
This Menu is concerned with Documents and the parameter values that must be set
so that documents are handled correctly.
All documents, Form and/or Passbook (Psbk), must be measured. A value for each
of the following parameters must be set:

Psbk Width min.
Psbk Range
Horz Psbk Seam,
Cover Offset
Setup
