Enables OnChip IDE First/Second Channel.
Disables OnChip IDE First/Second Channel.
Enables IDE Prefetch Mode.

Defines the IDE primary/secondary master/ slave

Ultra DMA mode will be enabled if an ultra DMA
device is detected.
