INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

REAR PARTITION W/FILLER PANEL MOUNTING KIT
1997-2008 CHEVROLET PASSENGER VANS
Read all instructions before installing any Havis-Shields Equipment Corp products.
Check for obstructions (Wire, brake lines, fuel tank, etc.) before drilling any holes!
Use hardware provided with install kit

TOOLS REQUIRED:

Power drill
Drill bit set

COMPONENTS:

HARDWARE:

QTY DESCRIPTION
5 ¼" x 1 ½" Hex Head Lag bolts
2 ¼" x 3" Hex Head Lag bolts

INSTALLATION:

• Place and position partition with spring clips facing towards rear of vehicle.
• Bottom frame of partition will be approximately 8 ½" from edge of door Frame.
• Partition will contour trim just inside rear doors of vehicle.
• Drill 3/16" pilot holes into floor of vehicle.
• Loosely bolt partition to vehicle using ¼" x 1 ½" Hex head lag bolts.
• Pre-drill top mounting holes with 3/16" bit. Attach to vehicle using ¼" x 3" Hex head
lag bolts.
• Tighten all loose hardware
• Install seat back to its original position
