Making and Receiving Calls
Note:
You can change the ringtone
of your phone. See Settings:
Configuring Keypad and Sound.

Answering Calls

When a call comes in, you'll hear the phone ring and see the screen display the
caller ID information of the caller (if not blocked by the caller). If the caller is in
your Contacts, the snapshot displays. The screen also displays the following Soft
Keys:
Preview
– displays a preview of your image that will be sent to the caller when
you answer the call.
Answer
– answers the call. You can also answer the call by:
Call
• Pressing the
key
OK
• Pressing the
key
• Pressing the
Speakerphone
• Lifting the handset
Send to Mail
– puts the caller into your video/voice mailbox.
The Home screen displays any calls you missed.

Making Audio-Only Calls

There are two types of audio-only calls:
1. Calls you make from the phone you've connected to your Videophone.

2. Calls you make from your Videophone to an audio-only phone
If you want to have an audio-only call with another Videophone, use the
Privacy
key to stop transmission of your video.
