Microsoft Pocket Excel
you easy access copies of your workbooks. You can create new workbooks on your
Model 70, or you can copy workbooks from your desktop computer to your Model 70.
Synchronize workbooks between your desktop computer and your Model 70 so that you
have the most current content in both locations.
Use Pocket Excel to create workbooks, such as expense reports and mileage logs.
To open a new Excel file
You can open only one workbook at a time. When you open a second workbook, you
will be asked to save the first. You can save a workbook you create or edit in a variety
of formats, including Excel (.XLS) and Pocket Excel (.PXL).
Pocket Excel contains a list of the files stored on your Model 70. Tap a file in the list to
open it. To delete, make copies of, or send files, tap and hold a file in the list. Then
select the appropriate action from the pop-up menu.
Note: If your workbook contains sensitive information, you can protect it with a
password. To do so, open the workbook, tap Edit, and then Password. Every time you
open the workbook, you will need to enter the password, so choose one that is easy for
you to remember but hard for others to guess.
