To reset / delete certain or all tour data

Safety check back: Are you sure you want to reset?
c accepts "?RESET?" and deletes
NOTE: Accepting the reset by pressing c deletes the respective data. This step can not
be made undone.
"RESET DONE" appears briefly and your VDO-Computer automatically returns to main
menu TRIPDISTANCE/SETTINGS.
