Setting an appointment

You can have yourself reminded of up to
5 appointments (volume and melody, see
page 52).
Saving an appointment
Precondition: Date and time are set
(page 9).

Set Appoints.
The list of saved appointments is dis-
played. If you have already stored five
appointments you have to delete one of
these first.

Changing a several line input:
Appoint.:

or Off.
Date:
Enter day/month with 4 digits.
Time:
Enter hours/minutes with 4 digits.
Notes:
Press the display key
(max. 16 digits) and press
is displayed as an appointment name in
the list and shown in the display in an
appointment call. The appointment
date and time are displayed if you do
not enter a text.

Save changes (page 12).
You will see the icon ¼. The appointment
is marked by ‰ in the appointment list. The
appointments are sorted in the list after
the date.
An appointment call is signalled by the
selected ringtone melody (page 52). The
appointment call rings for 30 seconds. The
display shows e.g.
Appoint.
An appointment is only signalled by a
short tone during a call.
