MAJOR OPERATING CONTROLS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS

FRONT VIEW
q Power Switch (POWER)
This switch turns the power of the monitor on and off.
Press this switch once. The switch remains down (;)
for turning on the power of the monitor.
Press again. The switch comes up (l) for turning off
the power of the monitor.
w Power Indicator
e Display Mode Switch (STAND BY (;)/ ON(l))
ON: Camera picture will appear on the monitor.
STAND BY: Camera picture will not appear on the
monitor in sequence mode, but the picture is sup-
plied to REC OUT connector.
r Input Select Switch (VTR(;)/ CAMERA(l))
VTR: The playback picture of VTR that is connected to
the PLAY IN connector can be observed.
CAMERA: Camera picture that is connected to the
Camera Input connectors can be observed.
t Monitor Mode Switch (QUAD/SPOT, SEQ/VTR)
QUAD/SPOT: The monitor displays camera pictures
for quad mode monitoring and spot monitoring
alternately when one of the Camera Selection
switches is pressed.

SEQ/VTR: When the INPUT SELECT switch is set to
"CAMERA," the sequential switching automatically
starts. When the INPUT SELECT switch is set to
"VTR," the direct pictures from VTR can be
observed.
y Vertical Hold Control (V-HOLD)
This control is preset at the factory.
When the horizontal line appears as illustration below,
turn this control to adjust the position of the picture.
