Printing documents

Deleting the specified document

After proof printing is finished, the data saved on the machine is
automatically deleted. To delete any other data that does not need to be
printed, follow the procedure described below.

Press the [Box] key in the control panel.

Touch [Proof Print].

Select the document to be deleted.

Touch [Action].

Check the document information
that appeared, and then touch
[Delete].
