    About This Manual Region Code DVD disc today has region code (1 - 6) or had been previously manufactured region free. The region codes for DVD were designed to control the exportation of movies to other countries. Your DVD player has been programmed at the factory to accept the current region code setting of your location. The factory original setting can be determined by searching on shipping box or rear safety label located on the DVD player for the Region Code logo.

    Playing a DVD-Video Using the Title Menu A DVD-Video is divided into long sections of a picture or a music piece called titles. The Title menu is useful when the DVD title contains several titles; the desired title or chapter can also selected using the title menu.

    Playing Disks in Various Modes Playing in Random Order (Shuffle Play) The player can operate shuffle titles, chapters or tracks and play them in a random order. To activate the Shuffle mode: Press n to stop playing. Press the Shuffle button and then press the button.

To turn on the subtitles Press the Subtitle button and cycle through the available subtitles. To turn off the subtitles Press the Subtitle button until the subtitle indication is off on the OSD.
