Broadcasting

Your Minoltafax 1600 is capable of sending documents from the memory
to up to 100 recipients dialling manually, by one-touch key, speed dial or
group dial. The machine dials and transmits the document sequentially to
each recipient. If one of the numbers is engaged, your fax machine will dial
the next one and return to the engaged number in the end. After broad-
casting it will print a report automatically and return to stand-by mode. If
the function reservation report is on, a list of the destinations is printed be-
fore the transmission.
Insert the document face down. In the document feeder. Adjust contrast
and resolution if necessary.
