Transferring an External Call to an External Subscriber

External calls can only be transferred to an external subscriber via the enquiry call menu (see page 74).

Use the navigation keys to select the

Depending on your communications system's settings, the external calls will be switched together on your
communications system or on the exchange of your network operator.

Note: When you call an external party and then transfer this person to another external
party, you will bear the costs for the call between the two external callers. You have no
way of influencing how long the transferred call will last. The connection is established
via the Comfort Pro and occupies two call channels (ISDN user channels).

Note: Menu items marked with an * are only displayed if the system administrator has
given corresponding user authorisation.
You have put a call on hold and are making an enquiry call. Press the
Diversion
: You put your current caller on hold (called via enquriy) and then call another (third) subscriber
with whom you wish to connect your current (second) caller. Enter the call number of the subscriber
to whom you wish to transfer under

:* You initiate a 3-party conference, see page 77.

:* You connect the subscriber on hold with the current caller you are speaking with.
