You can now use the handset to make and accept calls. Inserting the Battery On the underside of the handset there is a battery compartment for the batteries of the type AAA (Micro cell) provided.

You can see the batteries‘ charging status in the number of blinking or constantly illuminated segments in the upper line of the display.
