To set how calls to a shared phone are announced

NEAXMail AD-120 can be set up to announce who a call is
for before the call is connected. You can also set NEAXMail
AD-120 to ask the person who answers a call whether to
accept it or route to a mailbox to take a message.
Announced calls are available only with supervised call
