How To Change Ignition Module

- First separate the dash in two. This is done by removing the outside screws and
separating the bodywork.
- Once inside, you might see some glue on the back of the ignition module which can be
removed.
- Remove the small nut on the back of the ignition module off.
- Now you will be able to pull the ignition module out through the dash.
- Install the new ignition module.
- Remove the wires from the original ignition and place them on the new ignition module.
- Test ignition module to confirm it is working.
- Re-assemble the dash.

Checking Fuses

The X-370 has Two Fuses located under the compartment on the floor board. Use your
key to open and remove cover. Located near the rear wheel is the Controller (silver box
with the wires coming out of it); carefully go through the connectors until you find the two
listed below.
1) 20 Amp Blade Fuse located in wire harness will be inside of either a Blue or Black Fuse
Holder with two Red wires coming into it. To access lift the cap as you press in on tab.
2) 5 Amp Glass Fuse located in wire harness inline on a Red wire. To access unscrew
holder.

How To Remove Batteries From Scooter

1. Remove the Seat and Seat Post.
2. Remove the Foot Pad decals and the four #3 Phillips head screws that have 10mm
nuts on the bottom of them.
3. Locate the wires going to the tail lights. Use masking tape to label each wire.
4. Disconnect the wires leading to the taillights.
5. Lift the body up the Handlebar Post enough to turn the body sideways to expose the
battery pack.
6. Using a #2 Phillips head screwdriver loosen the two screws that hold down the metal
strap that secures the batteries.
7. Locate the heavy Black wire from the last battery to a White disconnect and unplug
this connection.
8. Locate the heavy Red wire from the first battery to a White disconnect and unplug this
connection.
9. You should now be able to remove the batteries.
Some batteries may have double-sided tape securing them to the bottom of the scooter
