SOLUTIONS OF THE PROBLEMS
Problema
The PILOTA key is not working.
The GUIDA key is not working.
No FAVOURITE channel.
Note: Before requesting for technical assistance for the Mediamaster:
Try downloading a new software into the Mediamaster.
The new software might solve the problem in the quickest and most efficient manner. Refer to the section
"Receiver Update" in this manual.
What you shall do if you can not solve the problem
If you have attempted all possible solutions, but you have not been able to solve the problem, contact your
own retailer or service provider.

explanation refer to paragraph "MAIL BOX (2) on page 33.
TEL
If TEL appears, it means that the Mediamaster is
communicating by means of the internal modem using the
phone line (e.g.: purchase of Pay-per-View programmes).
