System Reset

Should the unit operate abnormally, press the
reset button to restart the system.

Use a thin, pointed object to gently press
the reset button.
This will restart the unit.
The reset operation does not initialize the
Control Panel or other settings.
NOTE
To force the unit to turn off while it is starting
up, hold down the power button for about eight
seconds.

System Recovery

System recovery is required whenever the
system does not start up for some reason or if
you forget the password you registered on the
system.
For details, contact the service location
indicated on the Clarion portal site
(my.clarion.com).
NOTE
• This unit does not come with data or software
to perform system recovery.
• The system recovery will return system
contents to their initial default settings.
