20. Remove the five (5) Allen bolts (B‐9), four
(4) flat washers (B‐8) and one (1) curved
washer (B‐7) from the main frame and set
aside.
21. Orient and slide the lower console mast
cover (C‐12) upward onto the console mast
(B) and hold in place, half the way up the
mast. While supporting the console mast
(B), carefully join connector B‐12 with C‐21
and connector B‐13 with C‐20. Make sure
the connections are complete.
22. Slide the console mast (B) into place onto
the main frame (taking care to not damage
the cables). Install the two (2) Allen bolt and
flat washer assemblies (B‐9 & B‐8) through
the lower holes on each side of console
mast and into the frame. Tighten firmly.
23. Re‐install the Allen bolt and curved washer
assembly (B‐9 & B‐7) into the front of the
console mast. Tighten firmly.
24. Slide the console mast cover (C‐12)
downward, align with the sidecase plastics
and snap into place.
25. Re‐install the final two (2) Allen bolt and flat
washer assemblies (B‐9 & B‐8) into upper
holes on each side of the console mast.
26. Place the water bottle (B‐10) in the water
bottle cage.
