The telephone has a menu system, controlled by the following buttons:

This setting allows you to listen to the answering machine.
New calls (caller ID).
phone book.
Setting the handset ring signal, handset name, key tone etc.
Setting the base unit ring signal, flash time and reset.
Used to change the language of the display texts.
