4.3.4 Instant Messaging

This page will be displayed after clicking on "Event > Instant Messaging" of the
administration menu. It allows you to set Jabber and HTTP notification.

Jabber
Enable this checkbox to use Jabber which is a free Instant Messaging.
Enter the address of your Jabber server.
Enter your login ID for the Jabber account.
Enter your password for the Jabber account.
The log will be sent to the E-Mail address you specified here.
Enter the message you wish to attach with the sending log.
HTTP Notification
Enable this checkbox to use the HTTP Notification.
Enter the URL of your HTTP notification server.
Specify the proxy server name in the provided field if the camera needs
to pass through a Proxy Server to do the HTTP notification.
Enter the port number for the proxy server.
Select the desired method of form data encoding.
Get:
It should be used if and only if the form processing is independent,
which typically means a pure query form. Generally it is advisable to do
so.
