What to do if...

WHAT TO DO IF...
WARNING!
Refer to "Safety information" chapter.
Problem
The appliance
does not heat
up
The oven lamp
does not oper-
ate
The display
shows C2
The display
shows an error
code.
Steam and
condensation
collect on the
food and in the
appliance.
If you cannot find a solution to the problem yourself, contact your dealer or the service
centre.
The necessary data for the service centre is on the rating plate. The rating plate is on the
front frame of the oven cavity.
Possible cause
The appliance is deactiva-
ted
The time of day is not set.
The necessary settings are
not set
The automatic switch-off
is activated
The fuse is released
The "Demo" function is on.
The oven lamp is defective
You want to start the Keep
warm or Defrost function
but you did not remove
core temperature sensor
plug from the socket.
There is an electronic fault
You left the dish in the ap-
pliance for too long.
Activate the appliance
Set the clock. Refer to "First setting the time of day"
Make sure, the settings are correct
Refer to „Automatic switch-off"
Make sure, if the fuse is the cause for the malfunc-
tion. If the fuse releases again and again, refer to an
authorized electrician
Deactivate the "Demo" function.
1. Deactivate the appliance.
2. Touch and hold
sounds (for minimum 5 seconds).
3. Touch and hold
for 2 seconds until an acoustic signal sounds.
Replace the oven lamp.
Remove the core temperature sensor plug from the
socket.
• Deactivate the appliance with the house fuse or
the safety switch in the fuse box and activate it
again
• If the display shows the error code again, refer to
the Customer Care Department
Do not let the dishes stay in the appliance for lon-
ger than 15-20 minutes after the cooking is com-
pleted.
