If you have any problems using your Image 370, this
section will give you the most common solutions.
Document and paper jams
Document jam
If a document you are sending gets jammed,

the display shows
Press the button; this may clear the
• STOP
problem. If not, remove the handset and
press the
PUSH TO OPEN
the front panel open as shown below.
Remove any documents in the document

scanner unit.

Once the front panel is open take care not to
touch the optical scanner as this can result in
poor quality outgoing faxes and copies.
Paper jam
If paper should get jammed:
You must first remove any loose sheets from

the paper holder.
Open the front panel, as for a document jam.

Push up the green buttons marked 1and 2.
•
Pull forward the document scanner unit as
•
shown below.
