Using the map display

Repeating the last announcement

During route guidance, the system an-
nounces important information, e.g. the
next driving manoeuvre. The last an
nouncement can be repeated with up-
dated information.

The last announcement is repeated with
updated information. The volume is also
displayed.

Adjust voice prompt volume

You can adjust the volume of the voice
prompts.

Volume bars indicate the current volume
in relation to the overall volume. The left
bar shows the music playback volume
and the right bar shows the navigation
announcement volume.
You can increase or decrease the
respective volume by pressing the

buttons.
!Warning.
Always adjust the volume so that you
can still hear any ambient noise while
driving.
Important!
Make sure that you adjust the volume so
you can still hear all ambient noise pro-
perly.
The control bar disappears after a few
seconds without you having to press any
more buttons.

Information rows

While directions are being given, a ma-
ximum of three information rows may
be displayed (or hidden) with the follo-
wing details:
• Current street or next street
• Estimated arrival time, journey time
to destination, remaining distance to
destination (this row is displayed
with a flag).
• Estimated arrival time at interim des-
tination (stopover), journey time and
remaining distance to interim desti-

nation (this row is displayed with a
flag and an additional marking peg).
