Rotary spit

Two different rotary spit supports are deliv-
ered:
For standard side rails use the higher rotary spit
support.
For the side rails with triple oven shelf runners use
the lower rotary spit support (with opening for the
retaining pins on the oven shelf runners).
Attaching the food to be grilled
1. Place a fork on the rotary spit.
2. Then position the food to be grilled and a second
fork.

Make sure the food is in the middle of the spit.
3. Tighten the forks using the screws.
