    Inserting the combination shelf, baking tray and general purpose tray Inserting the baking tray and general purpose tray: The trays have a little bulge on the left and right edg- es. These act as an anti-tip device and must always be located towards the rear when inserting the tray.

    Rotary spit Two different rotary spit supports are deliv- ered: For standard side rails use the higher rotary spit support. For the side rails with triple oven shelf runners use the lower rotary spit support (with opening for the retaining pins on the oven shelf runners). Attaching the food to be grilled 1.

    Meat probe For switching off the oven when the temperature at the centre of a roast reaches a set temperature. There are two temperatures to be set: – The oven temperature: see Roasting Table – The core temperature: See Meat probe Table Important: Only the meat probe supplied may be used.
  • Page 23 • The core temperature is shown starting from 30°C. • If the current core temperature is already displayed before the required core temperature has been set, press the Meat probe button and set the tem- perature. • To set the oven temperature, press the Meat probe button twice.

    Clock Functions Countdown To set a countdown. A signal sounds after the time has elapsed. This function does not affect the functioning of the oven. Cook time To set how long the oven is to be in use. End time To set when the oven is to switch off again.
