WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) feature is a standard protocol created by Wi-Fi Alliance. This
protocol is used to build a Wi-Fi network within a home / small office environment in an easy and
secured manner. This feature thus provides a much simplified method to configure Wi-Fi Protected
Access to those who know very little about wireless security.
Security-enabled WiFi Network Setup
1. Jot down the AP Pin from the Web (eg. 78749887).
2. Launch the wireless client WPS utility (Ex: Atheros Jumpstart WPS utility), select "Configure a
wireless network" and apply "next" button.
