One-touch memory

To review one-touch numbers

Use the following steps to review one-touch numbers.
1. When the telephone is idle, press a one-touch key
(M1, M2 or M3) to choose the desired one-touch
memory location. The telephone shows the telephone
number stored in the location.
Press FLASH to return to idle mode.

• If there is no number in the one-touch location you selected in step 1, the
telephone shows ------------.
• The screen can show up to 12 digits at a time. If the number is longer than
12 digits, the screen only shows the last 12 digits.

To dial a one-touch number

Use the following steps to dial a desired telephone number stored in the one-
touch memory location.
1. When the telephone is idle, press a desired one-
touch key (M1, M2 or M3). The telephone shows the
telephone number stored in the selected one-touch
key.
Press DISPLAY DIAL. The telephone automatically

turns on the speakerphone and then dials the
displayed telephone number.

Press DISPLAY DIAL and lift the handset. The telephone dials the number
automatically.
-OR-
1. Lift the handset then wait for the dial tone.
-OR-
SPEAKER to use the speakerphone then wait for the dial tone.

Press a desired one-touch key (M1, M2 or M3). The telephone

automatically dials the telephone number stored in the selected one-touch
key.
If there is no number in the one-touch location, when you press DISPLAY DIAL
you will hear an error tone.
