Oven carriage door glass

The oven carriage door is fitted with four panels of glass mounted one behind the oth-
er. The inner panels can be removed for cleaning.
Only remove the oven carriage door panels with the door unhinged.
Important Rough handling, especially around the edges of the front panel, can cause
the glass to break.
Removing the oven carriage door glass
1. Unhinge the oven carriage door and, with the handle facing the floor, lay onto a soft,
flat surface.
2. Take hold of the door trim (B) on the upper
edge of the door at both sides and press in-
wards to release the clip seal. Then pull the
door trim away
3. Take hold of the side facing. Slide gently to-
wards the door handle. The facing springs out
off its holders and you can remove it. Remove
the facing by taking hold of both sides.
4. Lift the oven carriage door panel slightly. Take
hold of the door glass panels on their upper
edge one after the other and take them out of
the guide by pulling them upwards.
Cleaning the oven carriage door panels
Clean the oven carriage door glass panels thoroughly with a solution of water and
washing-up liquid. Then dry them carefully.
