1) Copy the file “MT23ATV.bin” to a USB flash disk. (The “MT23ATV.bin” file is provided/authorized by PTN engineering department) 2) Plug the USB flash disk to the SC91DM USB port on it front panel. 3) Press the button “MENU” for 15 seconds or more, until it comes out an update OSD. -
