Switch Test Page
The Switch test lets you test each switch on C|24
individually.
To test any switch:
From the Switch Test page, press the switch
you want to test.
The switch LED lights as long as it is held, and
the LCD displays show the location information
for the switch.
To exit the Switch test:
Press the encoder switch that corresponds to
"Exit."

Preferences

The C|24 Preferences pages let you set prefer-
ences for Talkback microphone operation,
mic/line/DI preamplifier clip indication, and
footswitch operation.
Talkback
External Talkback Microphone
You can choose to use an external Talkback mi-
crophone instead of the built-in Talkback micro-
phone in the C|24 Meter Bridge.
When the external Talkback microphone is en-
abled, the built-in Talkback microphone is auto-
matically disabled.

To enable the external Talkback microphone:
Press the Utility switch.

Press the encoder switch that corresponds to

"Preferences."
Press the encoder switch that corresponds to

"Talkback."
Press the encoder switch that corresponds to

"Ext TB Mic" to toggle the external talkback in-
put On or Off.
When you are finished, press the encoder

switch that corresponds to "Save."
Press the Exit switch to exit Utility mode.

Talkback Latching
You can set Talkback to latch on when the Talk-
back switch is double-pressed.
When Talkback latching is Off, the Talkback
switch follows momentary behavior only.
When Talkback latching is On, the Talkback
switch follows momentary behavior when held,
and latches on and off when double-pressed.
When latched on, the Talkback switch flashes.
To toggle Talkback latching:
Press the Utility switch.

Press the encoder switch that corresponds to

"Talkback."
Press the encoder switch that corresponds to

"TB Latching" to toggle Talkback latching capa-
bility On or Off.
When you are finished, press the encoder

switch that corresponds to "Save."
Press the Exit switch to exit Utility mode.
