Slide out the drawer.
NOTE
Be careful not to touch the surface of the paper
take-up roller with your hands.

Press the Paper Lifting Plate down until it
locks.

Remove the Trailing Edge Stop and place it
in a position that fits the size of the paper
loaded.

Align the Edge Guide properly with the end face
of the paper stack.

Place the paper stack onto the Paper Plate so
that its front side faces up.
The paper should be
loaded no higher than
(Max. Level Indicator).

Slide the Edge Guide to the exact size of the
paper loaded.
Slide the drawer back in.
