Troubleshooting Procedures
To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect power to microwave oven and discharge the
high-voltage capacitor before servicing, unless testing requires power.

SE Keypad shorted 10 seconds or longer.
E03 Convection motor or convection heater open.
E11 Gas sensor open error.
E12 Gas sensor short error.
E13 T1 Max time error (oven did not preheat properly).
E21 Thermal sensor open error.
E22 Thermal sensor short error.
PREHEAT did not reach preset temperature within 30

minutes. Preheat cycle canceled.
E24 Microwave temperature reaches 500° F (260° C) in
overheat condition. Microwave cancels all functions.
E61 Sensor open error.
E62 Sensor shorted error.
E63 T1 Max Time error.
