Section 4 provides the user with a SCSIDLT prompt, which will accept

Function
Displays the maximum and minimum record
lengths.
Identifies tape type of loaded cartridge.
Clears error logs.
Enables or disables compression.
Performs a SCSI device reset.
Downloads firmware. The user may place the
download file anywhere on the host system. The
download command will prompt the user to
enter the fully qualified filename.
Exits the interactive section.
Performs a SCSI inquiry.
Displays this list of commands.
Displays log pages.
Performs basic tape movement functions.
Provides capability to prevent or allow tape
removal.
Rewinds tape to BOT.
Suspends the current diagnostic process.
Performs a SCSI Test Unit Ready.
Performs a Write/Read test with data
compression.
