Cause
The unit malfunctioned and is
unable to produce prints.
The toner hopper is not set
securely and the unit is unable to
produce prints.
A unit door is left open or an
option is not attached properly
and the unit is unable to produce
prints.
The Fuser Oil is running out.
The currently selected Tray has
run out of paper.
the number of printings to be
made in a 2-sided print mode.
You have entered 11 or more for
the number of printings to be
made in a sort/sort and staple
mode.
A malfunction occurred in the
image stabilization control or
other function.
The Fuser Oil needs to be replen-
ished and the unit is unable to
produce prints.
The staples have run out.
Toner of the displayed color has
run out and the unit is unable to
produce prints.
Paper that was stapled or that was
not stapled remains in the Sorter.
The current toner bottle is not set

Action
Press the M key. Call and inform
your Technical Representative of
the trouble code message on the
display.
Check the toner hopper.
