The following tips will provide you with practical solutions to problems you might experience when
using your Kenmore Choice Bread Machine.

Make sure water is no warmer than room temperature
(70°-80 ° F.) Flour is very absorbent and absorbs moisture
from air during periods of excessive humidity. If dough too
sticky, bread can collapse. Reduce water or liquid in recipe
by 4 tablespoons. Let appliance knead for 1 to 2 minutes;
if dough appears too dry, add additional water 1 tablespoon
at a time, up to 3 tablespoons.
