Convection Baking Tips

Convection Baking uses heated
air that is circulated over and around
foods by the convection fan located
in the back of the oven.
NOTE: You will hear a fan while cooking
with convection. The fan will stop when the
door is opened, but the heating elements

overall result is time saved. Cookies,
muffins, biscuits and other quickbreads
give very good results with multi-rack
baking.
• For cooking foods on multiple rack

will show the actual converted (reduced)
temperature. For example, if you enter a
regular recipe temperature of 350°F and
press the START pad, the display will
briefly show "CON" and then the
converted temperature of 325°R
NOTE: This feature does not convert
convection bake cooking times, only
