Entering a Point of Interest by Category (continued)

This will display the Find Point of
Interest by menu. Select "City Name
Input" from the "Find Point of Interest
by" menu and press ENTER.
(In this example, "City Name Input" is
being selected.)
When "Sorted by distance" is selected,
the list showing the place names for the
selected category is shown in order of
distance from the current vehicle
position.
Select the desired city name and press
ENTER, then proceed to Step 8.

appears. Use the joystick to select a
method to find the point of interest.
(In this example, "City Name Input" is
being selected.)
• Select Nearest Cities if you want to
search for an address in the 7 nearest
bordering cities.

The Input City Name screen is
displayed. Use the joystick to select the
first character of the city name and
press ENTER. The selected character
appears in the text window.

The Select City screen appears.
Use the joystick to enter a city name and
scroll down to select that city. Press
ENTER when finished.
