Setting audio interrupt

The Audio Interrupt function allows the navigation system to mute your radio while voice prompts
are being played. This option may require additional parts or labor.
Please consult your Alpine dealer for details.
1 Press the MENU button to display the
main menu bar. Select Setup and press
ENTER. The Setup menu appears.
Select Guidance and press ENTER.
2 Highlight Audio Interrupt and press
ENTER.

Two choices are displayed. Select one
and press ENTER.
A) When turned ON, the system will
mute the radio (if connected) while
announcing voice instructions.
B) When turned OFF, the system doesn't
mute the radio at all.
This function may not work with some radios.
Consult your Alpine dealer for further
information.
4 Press the MP/RG button.
The system returns to the Detailed Map
display.
