Setting the map screen orientation

The map display can be positioned so that north is always at the top of the display (North Up). This
makes it easy to read your current heading from the map. In addition, the vehicle's icon can be
positioned so that its current direction is always pointing to the top of the display (Heading Up). In
this case, the vehicle's icon will remain frozen in the center of the display while the map rotates with
each turn. This makes it easy to see the direction of the next turn on the map.
