5. REMOVAL AND ADJUSTMENT

CAUTION
Unplug the machine from the power outlet before removing any
covers. The danger of explosion exists if the lithium battery on the
FDU is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent
type recommended by the manufacturer's instructions.

5.1. COVERS

Before unplugging the machine for an extended period, print all reports
and fax messages from memory.

5.1.1. Operation Panel Assembly [A and B]

A: Operation Panel Cover (1 grounding wire, 1 connector)
B: Lower Operation Panel Assembly (1 grounding wire)
