Address Book
Searching for an entry (Direct search)
In the Index screen, you can recall entries by the first character(s) of the last name
(or first name, or company).
1.
Open the Index screen.
2.
Tap the desired character(s) of the last name on the tablet keyboard.
• You can enter a maximum of 5 characters.
• If you tap the desired character(s) on the Index screen, the entries starting with
the characters will be displayed at the top of the entry list and the first entry will
be highlighted.
• If the desired entry is not found, the subsequent entry will be displayed.
• Entries can also be recalled directly by using the first name or company by setting
the 1st field using the menu command ("View Setting..." menu).
3.
Press
when the desired listing or entry is recalled.
Note: On the Details screen, you can recall the entries only by the last name.
Selecting a Category
In the "All" category, all entries are displayed. You can limit the entries displayed by
selecting other categories. (See page 23)
