The Index View Setting screen appears.

Press to display the 1st field menu.

Select the desired item for the 1st field of the Index screen by pressing

• If you select "Last Name, First Name", the last and first name will be displayed in
the 1st field of the Index screen with a comma (,) inserted between them (default
setting).
• If you select "First Name Last Name", the first and last name will be displayed in
the 1st field of the Index screen.
