Procedure (Mac OS X)
The following explains how to configure [Installable Options] on Mac OS X.
1.
On Mac OS X 10.2.8, click [Printers] on the [Print Center] menu bar, and select
[Show Info].
On Mac OS X 10.3.3 through 10.3.9, click [Printers] on the [Printer Setup Utility]
menu bar, and select [Show Info].
NOTE: On Mac OS X 10.1.5, the printer's options cannot be set on the print
driver. The driver assumes all options are installed and thus the features for all
options are selectable. Make sure to set the features only for the options that are
actually installed on the printer.
2.
Select [Installable Options] and set the options installed on the printer.
Setting Items
Memory - Sets the memory capacity of the printer.
Paper Tray Configuration - Sets the paper tray configuration of the printer.
Hard Disk - Sets whether or not the hard disk is installed in the printer.
Duplex Module - Sets whether or not the duplex unit is installed in the printer.
NOTE: The duplex unit comes standard on the DocuPrint C3055 DX. If your printer is
C3055 DX, [Duplex Module] does not appear under [Installable Options].
