In the Create New Backup dialog box, select the Blank Microsoft SQL Server
Backup template. See

Click OK.

In Client, select SQL Server. For cluster environments, select the virtual server of
the SQL Server resource group.
In Application database, specify the name of the SQL Server instance.
Windows Server 2008 only: If you intend to use the Integrated authentication
option, specify the User and group/domain options. For information on the
options, press F1.
Click Next.

If the client is not configured, the Configure MS SQL Server dialog box appears.
