This VSS writer using a custom API, is used to
back up and restore File Replication Service
data. File Replication Service is a multithreaded
replication engine that replicates system policies
and logon scripts stored in System Volume
(SYSVOL). FRS can also replicate data for
Distributed File System (Dfs), copy and maintain
shared files and folders on multiple servers
simultaneously.
