The specified volume appears to belong to a different TMF configuration, and
the IGNOREPREVIOUSCONFIG option was not specified on the command. A
volume may appear to belong to a different configuration if it was never
configured under TMF3, or if it was not cleanly deleted from its previous TMF
configuration.
The ZTMF-TKN-VOLUMENAME token supplied within the error list provides
additional information.
